 Mission: Empowering Men Through Fellowship, Work and the Word!!

Why: To train and encourage men to be great husbands, fathers, role models and Christian Men of Society. How: By Teaching Righteousness, Unity and Enlightenment What: Men “BUILDING” Men The Bethlehem of El Shaddai Ministries’ Brotherhood, also known as “Men of Integrity,”; is made up of all the brothers of Bethlehem of El Shaddai Ministries,18 years and older. 2 Timothy 2:2 states, “And the things that thou hast heard the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” The Brotherhood, under the leadership of Pastor Calvin Baker and a President appointed by the Pastor, meet one Saturday of each month, usually for early breakfast to fellowship and encourage each other in the Lord. At each meeting, the Pastor, or one of the elders or ministers (and on occasion one of the men) exhort the brethren with a word from the Lord, encouraging them to be what God wants them to be ~ faithful to the work, the ministry and their families because they are the head ~ they lead the way. The Brotherhood assists the Pastor and various auxiliaries and functions throughout the year. They are also instrumental in the coordination of the Evangelistic outings sponsored by the church and participate throughout the year to reach out to the homeless in the community. All men are encouraged to be a part of the “Men of Integrity,” here at Bethlehem of El Shaddai Ministries.
